We used leftover cornbread dressing for this recipe but any type of bread dressing will do as long as it’s not super wet.
The ratios here don’t have to be perfect because its leftovers so don’t be afraid to change up the amounts needed; that’s part of what makes this recipe so creative and easy.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 LB OF LEFTOVER TURKEY BREAST (CAN MIX IN DARK MEAT AS WELL ALTHOUGH WHITE MEAT IS EASIER TO SHRED BY HAND)
- 1 CUP OF LEFTOVER DRESSING
- 2 EGGS
- 6 OZ OF FRATELLI & CO. ALLA VODKA SAUCE FOR DIPPING.
- 2 OZ OF OLIVE OIL OR OTHER HIGH HEAT OIL FOR PAN FRYING THE MEATBALLS.
DIRECTIONS
1. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL SHRED THE TURKEY BY HAND AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT WORKING TOO HARD.
2. ADD IN THE LEFTOVER DRESSING AND 2 EGGS
3. HAND MIX ALL THIS TOGETHER AND SHAPE THE MIXTURE INTO YOUR PERFECT SIZED MEATBALLS.
4. PAN FRY THE MEATBALLS OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON AT LEAST TWO SIDES; ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.
5. HEAT UP SOME ALLA VODKA SAUCE ON THE STOVE OR IN THE MICROWAVE AND PLACE IN A DIPPING BOWL OR RAMEKIN.
6. STACK UP YOUR BEAUTIFULLY GOLDEN BROWN MEATBALLS, SERVE WITH THE ALLA VODKA SAUCE AND
