YIELD 6 SERVINGS

TIME: 45 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 LB OF ORZO PASTA
  • 1 LB OF BEAUTIFUL RIPE TOMATO MEDLEY
  • 5 GARLIC CLOVES CHOPPED
  • DASH OF SALT AND PEPPER
  • 3-4 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
  • 1/2 BOTTLE OF FRATELLI PICCATA

DIRECTIONS

1. SET THE OVEN TO 325 DEGREES
2. PLACE TOMATOES AND CHOPPED GARLIC ON A SHEET PAN. BRUSH WITH OLIVE OIL. SPRINKLE GENEROUSLY WITH SALT AND PEPPER. ROAST FOR 20-40 MIN UNTIL NICELY BROWNED. SET ASIDE.
3. BOIL SALTED WATER AND COOK ORZO TO BRANDS SPECIFICATION LEAVE THEM SLIGHTLY AL DENTE.  DRAIN AND SET ASIDE. 
4. USING THE SAME ORZO POT, HEAT THE PICCATA SAUCE. ADD ORZO. FOLD IN ROASTED TOMATOES AND GARLIC.
