READY TO TAKE YOUR PIZZA TO THE NEXT LEVEL... LOOK NO FURTHER.
YIELD: SERVES 3-4 PEOPLE
TIME: 1 HOUR
INGREDIENTS
- PREMADE FRESH PIZZA DOUGH (SHOUT OUT TO PUBLIX FOR SELLING FRESH PIZZA DOUGH)
- FRESH BALL OF MOZZARELLA
- FRESH PARMESAN
- FRESH BASIL
- ½ JAR OF FRATELLI ALLA VODKA
- OLIVE OIL (FOR DRIZZLING)
- 1 CUP OF FLOUR
DIRECTIONS
- PREHEAT OVER TO 450 DEGREES.
- REDUCE ½ A JAR OF ALLA VODKA OVER MEDIUM-LOW (SIMMER) FOR 10 MINUTES.
- ROLL OUT DOUGH OVER A CUP OF FLOUR TO YOUR DESIRED THICKNESS, SPREAD FROM THE CENTER TO LEAVE THICK CRUST.
- SPREAD ALLA VODKA EVENLY OVER THE DOUGH.
- SLICE MOZZARELLA AND PLACE EVENLY OVER THE PIZZA.
- ADD DESIRED AMOUNT BASIL LEAVES
- PLACE PIZZA INTO THE OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES DEPENDING ON DESIRED CRUST.
- WHEN PIZZA IS FINISHED PLACE ONTO A CUTTING BOARD, SLICE INTO DESIRED NUMBER OF SERVINGS, SPRINKLE PARMESAN, AND DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL.
