READY TO TAKE YOUR PIZZA TO THE NEXT LEVEL... LOOK NO FURTHER.

YIELD: SERVES 3-4 PEOPLE

TIME: 1 HOUR

 INGREDIENTS

  1. PREMADE FRESH PIZZA DOUGH (SHOUT OUT TO PUBLIX FOR SELLING FRESH PIZZA DOUGH)
  2. FRESH BALL OF MOZZARELLA
  3. FRESH PARMESAN  
  4. FRESH BASIL
  5. ½ JAR OF FRATELLI ALLA VODKA
  6. OLIVE OIL (FOR DRIZZLING)
  7. 1 CUP OF FLOUR

 DIRECTIONS

  • PREHEAT OVER TO 450 DEGREES.
  • REDUCE ½ A JAR OF ALLA VODKA OVER MEDIUM-LOW (SIMMER) FOR 10 MINUTES.
  • ROLL OUT DOUGH OVER A CUP OF FLOUR TO YOUR DESIRED THICKNESS, SPREAD FROM THE CENTER TO LEAVE THICK CRUST.
  • SPREAD ALLA VODKA EVENLY OVER THE DOUGH.
  • SLICE MOZZARELLA AND PLACE EVENLY OVER THE PIZZA.
  • ADD DESIRED AMOUNT BASIL LEAVES
  • PLACE PIZZA INTO THE OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES DEPENDING ON DESIRED CRUST.
  • WHEN PIZZA IS FINISHED PLACE ONTO A CUTTING BOARD, SLICE INTO DESIRED NUMBER OF SERVINGS, SPRINKLE PARMESAN, AND DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL.
